Our story
Behind every pinsa there is the passion of those who prepare it, day after day.
As always, behind the story of something there is the story of someone. Michael, our pinsa chef, was born and raised in a family of restaurateurs.
After two years working in a takeaway pizzeria, at just 25 he decided to open his own pizzeria. Pizza became his passion and he experimented with many styles.
On May 10, 2019, he opened his pinseria in Via Sandro Pertini 24 in Bareggio, offering takeaway and delivery service.
Today Michael keeps innovating, always staying up to date with the evolution of the pizza world.
